I ordered a cake for my son's birthday with a hobbit theme, I paid for a wafer print, in the end I had to wait about 30 minutes for them to tell me that the wafer never arrived and they had no idea of ​​the design 🙄 I do very little Ethical on their part to wait until the last moment to say that the wafer never arrived and that they had no idea of ​​the design since I asked for it a month in advance and left my phone number. In the end they gave me a poorly made cake with a piece of leaf in the middle 😔.

Terrible service, the fat lady who attends asks you to pay with change because she is lazy to tell the change she has to give you 😡

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! They always sell you the bread that is long overdue, the chocolate cookies with walnuts have them for so many days that they fade and when you buy the bread it is hard or wet that they have it stored, worse if you claim that they blame you for choose it and they never return your money. NOT WORTH IT!!!
