The result is not what was expected, they sell something that they cannot achieve. Alejandro Santana, who attended me in the first instance, presented me with the capillary density result that I would obtain after undergoing the surgery, which differs substantially from the actual result. There is no certainty of the number of hair follicles that graft, be careful with it.

Terrible service. I had an appointment in Polanco, I arrived on time, I waited 15 minutes and there was no staff at the reception to tell me anything. I went to look for someone to help me and there was still no one which is very suspicious. They better go to another place where they do.

I was not wrong when choosing them to do my Hair Graft. Excellent service and I felt totally comfortable with the procedure. Thanks a lot.
