On the phone they were very attentive. But in person the attention was terrible. The appointment at 1 p.m. and they attended to me 1:23 pm. The executive of the Servico area named Jorge has terrible customer service as soon as I delivered I showed him my guarantee and his answer was "why would you give me this?" When I asked him to make a diagnosis to my truck which had a cost and he told me that it was too saturated that maybe stopping it Saturday could be.

The attention from the staff is very good and attentive, however, the waiting times if they are somewhat long, influence many things from the fact that clients do not respect appointment times and that delays your shifts, to the staff who at this time of Pandemic because if it is limited, I went to the service part and that is where I share my experience, on the other hand, although the corresponding health measures and the corresponding protocols are very well indicated, in the waiting room there is no gel antibacterial or some disinfectant for customers.
