The worst service in my whole life !!!!!!!!!! Sorry to see you got there, of those times that life plays a bad game on you and you fall in the worst place, the service of my truck has always been done in the agency, it is 2015 and I never have symptoms of malfunction. We went because by phone they gave us a price which seemed good to us and it turns out that when we arrive it is another price, due to the rush we were in we decided to do it since we would make a work trip, they gave it to us and everything was well reviewed and they told us that It looks good, two days of use and the truck turns on the battery sign and then leaves us stranded out of nowhere, and now it turns out that they quote a repair for almost 11,000, it seems that they did something they washed the engine did not If that affected her, you know how I can get closer to Propheco by checking I see that there are a lot of bad comments, and it is not fair that they treat us like this and abuse us.

All good in terms of the vehicles, only that the salesman Roberto Romero has a disastrous attitude, a terrible customer service. He only answers by answering even without having the information or knowledge about the process that is in the company. The guy feels like he's selling snacks or soft drinks. He lies to customers, commits himself to things that he does not comply with, gives bad information, makes decisions that are not his competence, and to top it off, he does not face his mistakes. Roberto Romero requests training in "Customer Service"
