I entered that clinic because of the panic attacks that I suffer. And the doctors were very efficient. They were the only ones who gave me good treatment for my illness. They treat you with great kindness and give you the confidence of knowing that if your panic attacks return, you can go with them to treat you. They comply with patient care protocols. Just one tip, if you go at night don't go from 8-9 PM because they make shift changes and it takes a while. But they will attend to you anyway. Outside of that detail, this whole hospital is incredible.
I know and understand perfectly that we are in difficult times of pandemic but the people at the PB window (admvo-file) of the morning shift, mainly a guy with glasses window 1 (who does not want to give his name) and Claudia López from V.3 They are people who are not interested in giving complete, correct and truthful information, they do not even stop to read the documents presented, which causes people to walk in line or pacing around the clinic so that at the end of 3 hours of waiting it turns out they gave the wrong information! And you have to return the next day! They make people go 2 or 3 times because of their ineptitude, they hand out papers with requirements and when one takes them they say documentation was missing and their famous paper DOES NOT mention it! In oxygen area they are not able to put up a simple sign that guides people. Those in charge arrive at 10 AM and the arrival time is at 8 AM they let the queues get long. The director of the clinic very friendly but his people keep giving wrong information. They DO NOT correct the errors !! Zero continuous improvement. Administrator Aron sends people to make a complaint to institutions like CNDH for their oxygen providers that DO NOT answer phones and I wonder and the patients who need oxygen to live will be expected?
Perhaps there are not as many people as in other health units, the control of the entrance door is fast and efficient
Because I work there
they never answer the phone
