My Mom in law travelled from Colombia to LA with mid stop (couple of hours) in Mexico city. She lost her conexion flight cuz Aeromexico's policy is turn back loggage, now we found out Aeromexico requires 700 dollars more to reactive the flight. They only said: Que tenga un bonito dia !

Worst...

What a shame that not even in the Red Alert for COVID, they respect the Healthy Distance. On the flight we all go like a sardine, no seat yes and one no on the plane. They should be fined.

I agree with everyone; I will not fly with this airline again, too bad service and the flights leave earlier if you transfer, the time does not balance you and they make you go to the window to sell you new tickets and more expensive it is a strategy to steal money from people and some of them have a staff very rude; live off customers; They should at least give good service; they have very moody people; so if you can, don't fly with this airline.
