The place is just filling up with tenants, it is in an excellent location, just a great observation, if you are going to buy and need to use the toilets they tell you, that they are exclusive to tenants, which if you are buying you should have that right, hopefully change that policy, as well as your parking policy which is only for a select few

I went because I went to pay my CFE electricity, but it is too quiet there are few rented premises.

Very abandoned, gloomy the place, it needs a 100% remodeling and it hurts because it is in a good place, I opaque it even more platinum center.
