-I am not from the area so days before I called to make an appointment and organize my transfer, they gave me the first of the day at 10 am, however the doctor arrived until 12 pm. -I was there from 8:30 am and there was no one else waiting, as 12 pm approached more people came (without an appointment I heard when they came to resection), and when the doctor arrived, they attended to them first. Finish being served at 12:30. -The resectionists do not support anything, they are only there to collect, they do not respect the agenda and they do not give you information about your query. They only tell you that the doctor has not yet arrived and they get upset if you keep asking. In a matter of organization, they do not have the quality of a private clinic, that type of service is understood in insurance only, and even so in this you do make an appointment if they respect it.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They make their appointments and they don't keep them. They put whoever they want ahead and I won't come back. Knowledgeable and rude receptionists. Doctors are 1-2 hours late when they want to as if one's time doesn't matter. 5 minutes for the consultation 300-500 pesos. Don't suck.
