The doctor had always been very good, and my kitten had always taken care of her. What a shame that the man who helps him is so unhuman and so rude, because thanks to him I am not going to return. Today I had an appointment to deworm my kitten and aesthetics for my dog, the doctor was in surgery (it seems to be emergency, which I understand perfectly), but the man who came to receive my kitten was extremely rude from the beginning insisting on I had to leave both of them because at the moment they could not attend to them, to which I replied that I preferred to wait outside with my kitten because she was nervous and did not want to leave her since I live for almost an hour and there was no point in going and come, but the man began to tell me that if he did not want me to take her better, the only thing I did not want was to leave my cat, finally the man after having carried my cat in a very bad way, taking out his evil with her humor and addressing me in an extremely rude way, he put my kitten in and the doctor went out to de-worming her, when I was not in a hurry and could wait perfectly, the one who seemed to act out of a tantrum was the man. Not to mention my dog, nor did they accept her and I would not have left her under those conditions. What a shame that due to the attitude of that man he loses patients, because the doctor is very professional but her assistant does not show the slightest love for animals, nor respect for people, which characterized the doctor.
