Buying Real Estate in a foreign country is a bit scary but Tammi and her awesome staff made the process seamless. They carefully explained the legal process every step of the way. There were no surprises. She was extremely patient with our never ending questions. We would highly recommend her as a Realtor and are now using her leasing department to handle our rentals!

My sister and I wanted to purchase a retirement home for our mother in San Carlos. We found a beauitful property and a very good price right on the beach. The only problem was that title was messed up. It might be the reason the property was so reasonable. Tammi at Vive Real Estate worked diligently to resolve all of the title issues from the previous owner. Because of Tammi's hard work and understanding of the Mexico laws and regulations we were able to purchase our dream property.
