The staff of this sentry box is 99% inept. I do not want to be rude but I dare say that they are good to scrub whoever stands in front of them. They are rude and abuse their public office to denigrate those who cross into Mexico with cargo. Although the traffic light lights green, they stop you. And they make you a maze with barriers and trucks just to make it difficult for people to pass.

There can be no more inept and unprofessional officers. The officer on duty was having breakfast and obviously very upset that we arrived early to request an FFM. He refused to authorize the forms because the passports expire in 6 and a half months, taking into account that our permission is for only 7 days. It is a ridiculous and bureaucratic policy that few officers waste their time applying. Of course I refused to offer him a single bribe dollar and left without permits. Mexico needs tourism and people like this contribute to that negative and corrupt image that authority in Mexico has.
