I paid for the best option, individual television screens and served food. When I went into my bus, I got the standard bus which is not what I paid for. The bus was fine but I was never refunded. Also the drivers often make unnecessary stops and allow random strangers come in the bus trying to sell food that omnibus were supposed to provide.

Bus fare from Nogales Sonora to Hermosillo Sonora was $12.5 per person. The bus had an entertainment center in the form of a 10 inch screen with charging port and a comfortable seat. The trip lasted 3 hours. Overall very clean and comfortable buses. We used the service to board a plane next day to Guadalajara.

Extremely busy and nice building 👌 with plenty of parking lot. Buses are coming and going most of the day and until late evening. I have been here 11 times and restrooms are always clean at different times of the day.
