I lack honesty in one of the employees. I am a Doctor's Assistant and I always bought medicine at Medix and previously a girl took good care of me. This time a boy attended me and he did not want to sell mouth covers after he had already offered them to me. After a while, another friendship came and she did sell him five mouth covers. Later her husband went and sold her another type of mouth cover. The man asked him for the cloth ones and the employee told him that there was none and sold him of others. Now I am suspicious of the veracity of the staff. Lack of employee or owner integrity does not promote trust. For this person's own interest or favoritism I have to go back to find another pharmacy and believe in their sales. And so much so that it is hard to find credibility in pharmacists. Especially when we want to have a pharmacy available at the border.
