Quiet place to rest

They did not give me the room I had reserved and they washed their hands with no more rooms, a horrible bed and a TV that did not work promoting hot water and surprise was a lie, they said that internet in the whole hotel and they only had in reception the Staff is rude and they treat you like they do you a favor when treating clients well is their job.
