The efficient collection service if you spend a day they charge you surcharges but the customer service leaves much to be desired, before I passed a girl to request help with the cancellation of her line and the people from the premises were taking her out because she had to do the procedure with the call center at the end, of the 6 people who were there, nobody supported her, on the contrary, they asked her to go out to do the procedure outside, it is worth mentioning that only 2 people were in boxes and the other 2 according to the door receiving the people, and the last one was just in his chair, as I understand it is hiring, watching the show and did not say anything
