Bad and horrible attention to offer one more comfortable room, never was attend by the supervisor to change from one standar room to junior suite room (There were available in that moment) . Not waste your time if you need excellent attention , do not visit this Hospital. This is one standard hospital , nobody will make one extra effort to satisfy your necessities.

I've been here 3 times this year. Not everyone at the reception will speak English but they always have a doctor that does.

Reception did not speak English but the doctor did which was super convenient. Great care and lots of communication as to costs and medical information.
