If what you are looking for is to go find a package that was sent to you, the service is very fast. If what you are going to do is a return, I advise before going to get a copy of your credential, since they ask for it

Terrible service Fedex acayucan !!! They ask you for 4 copies of your guide ... Besides, if you have a prepaid guide, they make you tell them who is the name of the account with which that guide was bought and to make you wait they always tell you no ... I was 40 minutes waiting and arguing with the employees because they did not want me to receive my shipments (after having gone a day before and they made me return) I would think twice about using Fedex again ...
