OMAR... gracias, thank you so much. We are writing this review, because not only has this man renewed by fair in humanity, but as I have always said, Mexicans are amazing, and very generous people. We have driven all the way from Edmonton, Alberta Canada to Guadalajara on our way to Playa del Carmen, we are moving there. We had truck trouble, we missed our appt for service and got lost, so that made an hour later yet (forgot about the time change). Well, he took us in, fixed the problem, and NO CHARGE. WOW, can't say enough, but suffice to say, this would not have been the case in Canada I am sure.

The guards with a very good presentation, good image, especially with the external guards. Mr. Fabián García attended and was very polite.
