Excellent service and fast, at the airport we lost 3 hours to be sent directly to the offices and in 15 min it was resolved.

I had no idea of ​​the existence of this office until recently, I recommend it 100%, I got there because I had problems with a voucher and this is only valid in person, usually I am the clients who do everything online and on their own, for This was a novelty for me, since the staff of the call center and the airport brought me weeks without giving me an answer, when I arrived here the staff was very kind and they gave me an answer to all my questions, also as an additional note it is cheaper to print tickets here than at the airport.

The counter service is wonderful, the location too. I would put a 5 if I hadn't missed a connecting flight due to bag drop-off and a five-hour delay.
