Excellent place very spacious and accessible. The details are the trainers if you are not a woman and apart from Bonita or fences because they do not even pay attention to you and you will have to go looking for them.

It has everything, and very good classes. I recommend Insanity, Box and Spinning. Very attentive instructors and even nutrition service with a nutritionist. Very good facilities and signs! Ideal for those who live east of the city, near the peripheral.
