Bad service, burn food, had to ask the waiter for too many items instead of having them on the table

This place was the worst tonight. My husband's ribs came out cold and my food was not done correctly and the gerente didn't care. Other customers were complaining also. The only good thing was our server Javier. He was so kind and on point.

Apple chimicheese cake..only reason I come here..in the u.s. they don't have my favorite dessert anymore.

Food was cold, the served us without any forks or spoons so we had to wait more and food got colder. Food was not that good honestly. Very expensive for what they serve. I dont recommend at all. We went there because it was the only restaurant with no line and now we know why.

The prices are a tad higher than others in the area, the music and ambient are great, the boneless wings were ok (A tad salty) bit the real wings were juicy. I wish they had more sauces to choose from but other than that everything was great, including the Margarita which is a double portion.
