The hotel was nice and short distance, 5 min walk, from restaurant row. The grounds were well manicured with an amazing kids play area and had a large ocean front property. We had some issues in our second floor suite. TV/microwave didn't work, second floor toilet overflowed, and the old/rusty refrigerator barely stayed cold. They fixed pretty quickly. 1st floor has patio area. Hotel restaurant was good and low priced relative to hotel restaurants. We paid hundred twenty a night with taxes. We gave three stars due to room interior and some exterior is showing its age. Plus, the problems with the appliances.

The room smells like moisture no a/c and the windows are so old that you can't close them.

They have exotic bugs in the rooms, breakfast was good.
