I only had to use the atm and there are 3 machines and there were only 3 people ahead of me, so it was pretty much in and out in less then 5 minutes. If you only need atm service and there is a long line I also suggest soriana híper which is maybe 3 min drive away. They have all the local bank atm's there

Terrible waiting time. One of the clerks was on phone instead of attending clinets. 2 other clerks were aswell not attending. only clerk that did attend was very nice and helpful but it was still a very bad experience.

Decent parking and wait times for a friday afternoon. Personal banker was quick to understand what I needed (I don't speak much Spanish), and very friendly and helpful. Tellers moved the line quickly.

The schedule is incorrect. I wanted to ask a question and there where still people inside yet they ignored me.
