I have always had great service, I know sometimes on Mondays it gets busy, but the personal had being very efficient. At the teller , or by appointment (bank specialist) first come first serve, they have very good actitud and reliable service. Whenever I have a concern or financial question, they are always available to serve, of course (first come, first serve basis/ base by ticket number). It is understood that sometime they are overwhelmed because this branch it gets very busy on Mondays, but it you have a chance to show up other day but Monday. You on you’re way out real fast simple as that. Happy customer with the service !!!

Terrible bank is useless and your money is stolen. We open an account in dollars and nobody knows what happened to the money. It was closed by the bank itself and they don't give you any explanation and they don't give you your money. They ask you to do and make letters that you talk to the manager and none of them solve you or give you your money back. DO NOT TRUST YOUR MONEY TO THIS BANK.
