From your own experience, if you go to a BANAMEX for customer service, ignore the screen that indicates the number of the customer they are attending, since it never matches and always causes confusion with the customers who wait (the screen with the box number is lit and advances but never coincides with the one they serve). The tellers and the staff that serve the bank seem to feel overwhelmed to be able to solve a problem as simple as this and that all the branches or the vast majority of the BANAMEX at a national level know well. It is a problem that you will see repeated over and over again in any BANAMEX.
