Went shopping today with my wife. We were not impressed with the level of service, it has gone down hill badly. There were plenty of people wanting to check out at the cashiers but there was only 2 cashiers working with the other 5 or 6 cashier stations unattended. Next there was nobody to do the bagging because they no longer supply bags like has been the norm so you load all your groceries into a trolley all loose. If management were to think about it, they get large numbers of cardboard boxes left when they receive their various deliveries. It would make sense to let customers use those boxes, that could be stacked near the cashiers, to put their groceries in. Obviously management are incapable of thinking of this. When you get home, then getting all your groceries is made more difficult. Please Soriana management give this some thought.

the very worst customer service in all of baja. I had an order prepaid for, they fought us to give it to us. She wouldn't even listen to the person on the phone who sent the order in and paid for it. Don't shop at this store..

Great for Organic veggies!!! they carry the Campo Vivo organic produce, I was sad seeing some went bad because not sold on time, they should promote it better as very few places carry organics, Support this store, come shop for organics!

This store has gone way downhill since becoming Soriana. They have 20 registers and usually have 2 cashiers working. Don’t go here.
