Amazing views, nice building design, entrance but with fundamental flaws. I used to live here many years ago, but not much has changed from the looks. They need to pay more attention to the building. Some fatal flaws include: No Garbage Shoot, yep you must drag your garbage down the elevator. Elevator can fail when windy, good luck going down 20 flights if you have something that high. Perhaps that has changed and fix, but not sure, make sure to ask. I recommend La Jolla condos south of Rosarito vs renting or buying here. That being said, if you like privacy a nice beach and good price, yes then, but be aware the building is not taken care of.

What courage made me go. The building is being fixed and they stained my paint cart. When I went to notify the manager, he said that the workers have days without work that maybe they were not their workers, when he was with them. With that he left and we ignored the lousy loss they would have offered to wash the car if the paint was removed.

Worst experience and decision to come here, if I could put it 0 stars, weekend ruined because there was no water since a water pipe exploded safely because they do not maintain the building which is quite evident all over the place, all the place full of rust and neglected, so it must be internally. Do not come here it's horrible !!! The manager is a liar ..
