We booked a rental at the Mil Flores property. Upon entering the home we found it to be very out dated with rust everywhere, 2 shower handles for cold water didnt work along with a few other issues. There was a mouse on the floor in one of the rooms which we had to remove, spiders and ants located all over the property in multiple rooms. A man also entered the property un-announced doing a walk through, which was very scary as no one informed us someone would be dropping in. The worst part was the property manager of this location tried threatening us into paying him cash in order to enter the premises, which was after he barged into the rental demanding payment for additional guest whom were already included in the initial booking. I would not recommend this property location to anyone after our experience.

Very nice place to live. Security guards at the entrance and also patrolling. Beautiful ocean views.
