Bad customer service, be prepare to wait. They don’t follow through with appointment. My appointment was at 2 o’clock and was seeing an hour later. Every time I come is the same thing. I’m stuck coming until my son finish his treatment of braces. I regret coming to this place. The staff gets upset when you asked why is taking so long.

They do not have specialists for the placement of braces, they are dentists with a course on how to stick them nothing else, terrible service I had to go to another Dr. To have them glued on well

Very bad experience in the Rosarito office, 2 times they canceled 10 minutes or less before my appointment, another time I was in my appointment and they did not do my dental work because they had no material, they make you wait a long time, an hour or more later of your appointment, I asked Flor to give me a phone number to complain and she gave me the number of Flor Fimbres and they agreed, she did not agree with me at all as a patient, do not waste your time going with them, nothing professional If I could, I wouldn't put a star on them.

The most I have waited for is 2 hours, I arrived exactly at the time of the appointment and they took time to pass me, they never answer the phone and I cannot make appointments The doctors are very inexperienced, they left me worse.
