The north end of Rosarito Is pretty quiet, more families than tourists. The night life and big hotels are south. I enjoy living in the north and riding my bike through the different neighborhoods. I like the diversity of the homes. The people here are very nice and put up with my bad spanish cause they appreciate me trying. There are plenty of places to shop and enjoy a good meal. Love it here. Proud to call it home for over 3 years now.

Beautiful, we were trying to fine someplace to park we stop at one rv -day park and for one hour they wanted to charge 300 pesos and when we pulled up my friend speaks a little english and the guy said he only spoke English. Up the road by the arch about 3 or 4 blocks north is a open gate dirt road you can see a gazebo and picnic benches and they have restrooms for 5 pesos right at the beach we watched the sunset. She charged 50 pesos.
