The house is nice but it needs a lot of maintenance, there is a lot of termite, the ceiling fans do not work, the 2 refrigerators that the house has are not working 100%, they only keep the food "fresh". The sisterna is not in good condition and you run out of water in a very short time. The redeemable thing is that it is on a very private beach, there are very few people, and it is cool! Ah another thing, there are no nearby stores, it is important to carry enough groceries so you don't have to go out since the closest oxxo is 25 minutes away by car.

It has nothing more than the basics, the house is on top of a platform more than 1.5 m high and it does not have rails or any protection, in addition to the fact that there are pure constructions around it, so I DO NOT recommend it for children. As I said, it only has the basics; For the price, I do not think it is worth it but it is the cheapest that can be found in the high season, because the prices of the houses double.

Very nice house, good size for 12 people. It has many rooms. It is right on the beach. It has a pool. Everything in general is very good. We had no problem with the hosts. Only on the last day as we were leaving, did it start to get very windy and the sea stung, but regularly it was very calm.
