The bank is good and also its services but in customer service at this branch I had 3 problems to solve and they didn't want to help me. I know because I went to another branch where with only my credential, card number and a couple of questions I solved my problems in 20 minutes

Upon arrival I found nothing and they told me that the bank is somewhere else, a waste of time.
