Excellent gym of the teacher Abraham. The programs are the best of the port of Veracruz and Boca del Rio at competitive prices. I highly recommend them.

A good gym to dry. Optimal quality facilities, instructors of dubious quality. Suitable for young people, not suitable for adults suffering from chronic diseases since the instructors lack training to deal with special cases.

It is a warrior gym in the center; On the side of the market. The cardio area is very limited and old. The bathrooms are very small and not in very good condition. However the trainers are good and the atmosphere is good. It is a gym for people who want body with volume.
