Poor service

Terrible service. The cars arrive asking for service (at least we were 3 cars) and although the staff arrived they tell you that until 7.15am they start their journey. I understand that it is always empty ... now I understand why! They run to the client .... they still come up telling you "and will you wait?" There are still fifteen minutes left "
