An excellent hotel for a safe stay. Very spacious and beautiful rooms. The hotel staff is very attentive and very friendly. The pool is very pleasant to use, even at room temperature and the restaurant's buffet is very varied, apart from having hygiene protocols that take care of the customer during this pandemic. If you want a pleasant and safe stay, this is one of the best options in Veracruz.

As always in general all very well. As an observation, a coffee maker would be missing in a single room. Otherwise it is very good since it includes a minibar. And excellent that they validate the agreements.

It is a very nice hotel, the location is excellent and the attention is 10, the rooms are very comfortable and upon entering it has its room seal disinfected, its protocol in my opinion is one of the best since they have well-established standards, even the use of the swimming pool is regulated, the breakfast is very complete and above all rich.
