Clean and good hotel, location of hotel in center of city.

avoid from this hotel!! the reception, so so slow to do something. i couldn't use internet because the person in reception forgot to give me the ticket for wifi. until the second day, they never gave the tickets for the breakfast even my reservation include breakfast. and finally, i asked them about the breakfast ticket, and they talked about me behind me. with the word "Chino". how can use the word as super Racist to a customer! the worst experience in Tampico.

Amaizing staff, food, and rooms. Parking was a little bit annoying cause you need to park under the main square, but they help with tickets.
