A very clean site, free of noise and close to a highly commercial area. Very suitable to go to the hospital area.

Very good place. I was on vacation for 23 days and it was great. It is a very large house with two floors and an independent suite was adapted for each room, cleaning is done every day and the service in general is good. It is not exactly a hotel since it does not have a reception or room service, it is a concept of accommodation more similar to renting a mini apartment, which is cleaned daily. It is in a very quiet and safe area. Regarding the price, it is very good compared to hotels of a similar category. A very good opportunity if you are looking for an apartment in Monterrey close to the metro, to spend your holidays.

They should change the concept of "executive suites", for an alternative to stay on vacation, since it is a suitable house for suites, children come to visit, make a lot of noise, Internet services are very bad, cleaning is done daily but not thoroughly. In general the service is good but expensive for what you get

The only good thing is that it has the location, the security in the neighborhood, recently the Internet and the cable. The cleaning is done from Monday to Friday but it is very poor, the bed linen and towels are in very bad condition they even get to be broken, the furniture is old, you fight a lot to get a good service and maintenance to the room, the price is very high for what they offer, in a few words not recommended.
