Very good service; grateful for the care in the attention, I recommend them and seriously, Thank you. They took care of the remains of my late brother and at a time when the family had no head at all, they took care of everything, from start to finish and everything very well, for that I am so grateful

The service was medium, you are not well organized, they give anyone information about documentation, the death certificate they delivered was wrong, they put false information. The reception service is good, but the clerks are irresponsible, they don't do their job well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE SERVICE. YOU ARE VERY DESPICTED OF THE ATTENTION IN GENERAL. It was the second time I hired them but it will be the last. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Terrible service, I had the unfortunate experience that apart from the employees falling asleep, the bread was damp, there are flies inside and you can see that they do not clean because there were cobwebs on the ceiling, unfortunate as they have the funeral home, paperwork or tea I say they never give it to you, they always bring you back and forth, and in the end they tell you that it is not their problem that it is the civil registry, not at all committed to the relatives of the relatives.

They never offered us drinks or any service they don't know how to organize and the employees are disrespectful
