NOT RECOMMENDABLE. Poor quality of products, in fact they do not even have a guarantee. The only guarantee they give is their supposed "certificate" of authenticity of the stone (diamond). I present my case: I bought an engagement ring in two parts and it turns out that at the time of selling it to me they assured me that the guarantee covered everything in the ring, which was not true, they only gave me the certificate. This ring has the main stone of 27 points and many other smaller ones. At the time of the sale, they assured me and my family members that if any of the small stones fell, the guarantee on the certificate covered it, which was not true. Since after 2 months the small stones began to fall (first 2) and later after 7 months they had already fallen 8! At the time of bringing the ring to make the claim, they told us that the certificate and guarantee only covered the main stone of 27 points and that the small ones did not enter the coverage (which was a discrepancy at the time of sale). Additionally, they told us that if we wanted a repair, that the cost was on our part and each stone had a cost of $ 400, that is, $ 3,200 for the repair of a product whose quality is doubtful. In the end, the Tlaxcala branch assured us that nothing could be done. Here my question is: How is it possible that they give you a guarantee on a stone but not on the entire ring? The final product is the ring and the work of the master jeweler must be backed by its quality in order to guarantee that the stones are well embedded and prevent them from falling off due to normal use. In addition to my ring, my mother bought only a few defective earrings since the purchase and they also wanted to charge for the repair. Therefore I in no way recommend this establishment to buy jewelry since they lack QUALITY by far and in no way guarantee their products and take advantage of the consumer. We went to PROFECO and they told us that the claim could not proceed since there is no guarantee involved. In other words, the establishment in no way offers any guarantee of the quality of its products. NOT RECOMMENDABLE.
