I mark and ask if the report of my room is defective because I always clarify that I pay the price demanded for something new not defective. And they answer me that if I wait for the call, they would change it. Hahaha February 2021 is about to end and they never spoke implying the terrible service it offers. I bought it at the branch located in HEB of Pablo Livas. In Guadeloupe ... Be careful clients lest the same thing happen to you to pay for a defective room😒😒

Very bad service, it took 2 months to deliver and when they deliver it, it brings detail to the room, I speak immediately and he tells me that they spend two weeks to check it, the truth is, I do not see it like it but they do not allow to talk to a manager or anything
