Presidencia Municipal Tula

Good. Only I did not go to the Presidency. I went to the Banorte ATM which is on the porch. IT IS NOT WORKING WELL. I HAVE 4 DAYS, GOING AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO WITHDRAW CASH.

I don't understand why they put a contact phone if they don't answer it. I've been dialing about 10 times and nobody answers me. What lack of respect! I also extend the same experience to the civil registry office of Tula, there is no telephone service. I have no choice but to go personally to solve my doubts in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic.
