I asked for copies and they did not give me the address of the place, they sent me to home depot, they told me that they opened 3 days later until Tuesday, I asked for an address and they hung up! They communicated again to tell me to wait for them to walk nearby to give me the service .. in which head it is possible that I will wait for a technician to be close to my house ... I asked him for address and schedule and he hung up again! pity service X2 !!
