Okay, the price is a bit high but in general it is fine. The bad thing is... Well the owner is another story

In the first room that I was assigned there was a cockroach, I communicated it to the reception and they changed me without any problems. Removing that part, it is a nice place to sleep, moderately close to the center (a few blocks away and the streets are quiet). As for the cost, it is regular, it is within the average of that area; has air conditioning, cable and internet, no pool and if you do not have a car, you must take a taxi to go to the beach
