Es el peor hotel que hay en Comalcalco. Te atienden miserablemente. Que falta de cortesía con los clientes. El internet falla. Tienes que pedir permiso para sacar el vehículo del estacionamiento. Que horrible.

Unfortunately in these times that the world is experiencing a health crisis, I arrived at this hotel, the person who received me did not use a mouth cover and I did not use it during the days that I saw it in my stay, the staff who did the cleaning did not occupy it either , that is for the hygiene part, the hotel is aesthetically beautiful, I wuede in a junior suite with 2 beds, it is very spacious, it did not have a view of the street but it was very beautiful, very spacious bathroom, and I had a television that You can connect more devices in my case, I travel with a play station 4 and without problem I was able to connect it. The corridors look clean and the attitude of the staff is friendly but the only thing I did not like was the subject of the covers.
