I have a love hate relationship with this place. When it is empty it has a perfect vibe, but when there are more than 3 customers, the place goes into chaos. I don’t like the seating, the way the tables, chairs, and couches are set up, it’s all very awkward, every table and chair invades the space of another table or chair. This could be easily fixed. The guys working here never reply to “hola” or “hello” or “gracias” or “thank you”. They are very miserable. Which is ironic for a place named after Bob Marley. Something is wrong here. Also, no one ever knows if they are supposed to pay when you order or after you’re finished. People are standing in line ordering and waiting to pay, and then they never get charged and then it’s like an awkward honor’s system where people have to go cut people in line so they can pay and leave when they are finished. This place has amazing potential, but simple unnecessary things that make no sense that confuse everything could be fixed in the snap of a finger. Charge people when they order so they can leave when they are done instead of waiting in line again to pay. And switch the seating around, the couches and big tables are too big and unnecessary, it should be all small tables and chairs instead, I think everybody would enjoy this more. Sorry for the long review but this place is so close to great, I figured I’d share these two things.

Tons of people and two employees working. They need more coverage their, as lots of people end up leaving due to the wait. Your actually better off going to the hotels rooftop to work and grab a drink. It’s free and one of the best views in playa. Also, the tables sit four very comfortably. With a solid wifi connection. Skip the line here and hit the hotel rooftop, trust me you’ll thank me for it. As for drinks, I had a cold latte and it was ok.

Nice place to grab your morning coffee. Hours of operation are a bit off,as we had to wait for an extra 30 minutes before it actually opened at 7:30am. Not many choices of food but coffee is alright, and couches look nice, however are not that comfy to sit in.

The server wouldn't serve me a glass of water with my coffee and cake and instead was trying to make me buy a plastic fiji water bottle which is illegal and not to mention unethical and environmentally destructive. I think exploiting Bob Marleys name is complete BS- even if it's owned by family members, it's clear the intention is to milk money out of tourists no matter what the cost. I can half forgive bad service if the coffee is good but it tasted like cigarette ash in luke warm water. Definitely not feeling the 'one love' vibes. I think I'll stick with Ah Cacao and other local cafes

I’ll give this place a 5 if it wasn’t for the below average service I felt while having my morning coffee. The coffee is good and the place is nice with a great atmosphere. But I would suggest being a little more welcoming treating your customers.
