Had issues all night with this place. Waited 30 minutes for a table (it's friday, no problem). Ordered our pizzas. They arrived 1 hour 20 minutes later, minus my order. (The waiter did not write down my order correctly). Mistakes happen, especially at a busy place BUT the waiter tried to force me to take the incorrect pizza because otherwise, I'll be "waiting for a long time". This is NOT how to deal with a mistake made. I refused and told them to make my pizza but put it in a takeaway box. Also my friend ordered pizza with blue cheese. The pizza had no blue cheese, and when staff were asked, they said they run out. Surely , the profession thing to do would have been to let her know there's no blue cheese and give her the option of ordering something else. She ate it anyways as we were all so hungry having waited for nearly 1.5 hours for our pizza. My pizza (correct order) arrived and I ate some of it and asked for the rest as take away. We asked for the bill and they charged my friend for full pizza price , even though there was no blue cheese. We paid and left as all the events of the evening were just too much. Awful service, waiters running around like headless chickens. Wrong orders being delivered to tables. Music too loud. Ambience awful and pizzas mediocre. Would not return Or at least on a Friday night where there's 50% of pizzas. Better customer service needed and communications, even if it's a busy night, staff should still be professional.

Great staff and super service. Pizza was delicious

This place has the best cappuccinos in playa that I’ve found! The pastries are always warm and super fresh and the prices are reasonable 🙂They have an amazing pizza special on fridays and each pizza is made ready to order! We have been going here for almost two years now and Miguel is an amazing waiter, always makes us feel welcomed and is very attentive in serving and creating meaningful conversation! My one criticism is that some of the staff are grumpy and appear to be inconvenienced by the sheer thought of doing their job. At first we thought maybe they were having a bad day, however it continued. A little smile goes a long way!

I have been in the restaurant 8 or 9 times, and it was great. I have three kids ageing 2 to 13 and they all love the establishment. The prices are very reasonable, and the service is excellent

Great food. They have a daily special and is great. Service is great too. People there are very welcoming. Only bad is the time it takes.
