Doranna is absolutely lovely! She understood my curls perfectly and gave me great advice on how to care for them in regards to the climate and water conditions. The salon space is fresh and peaceful. Her energy is sparkling and warm. Delighted to have met her and have my hair cared for!

While most reviews here come from ladies, Doranna also is a wonderful hairdresser for guys. Her cut was really excellent, better than back home actually. Plus: she is super nice! Will be back for sure.

Doranna and Mariana absolutely killed the hair and make-up game for our wedding in Playa del Carmen. They accommodated all of our requests and nailed the looks that each of us were going for. I'm in Playa del Carmen for a few months for work and I wanted to have my hair and makeup done to spoil myself a little for my 30th birthday. I came across Doranna's name online. At first I was slightly anxious as to the fact that Spanish is my third language and am still learning, I thought that language could be a barrier. Well it definitely wasn't. Every interaction with Doranna and her team was a breeze from the beginning. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt like a princess on my birthday. Emy who did my hair and makeup did a wonderful job. She took her time and really made sure everything was flawless. Doranna even reached out afterwards to make sure I was happy with my look for my birthday, which was very thoughtful. I could not have been happier with the result. I highly recommend their services.
