Antonella is an amazing colorist. The perfect blond every time! She does a great cut too! They are serious about their craft. Amazing pedicure too while I waited for my color. Do not hesitate to book your appointment. Make sure you block off enough time to be properly taken care of!

What a delightful experience! Stopped by with no appointment and they were able to take me in for a needed haircut. My hairdresser (forgetting her name! But originally from Rome and been in the area for a number of years) was kind and communicative. I asked for her advice, and I was very pleased with the results! My hair felt lighter and healthier upon leaving. The staff was friendly and warm! (Prices are about average US price for a cut)

Incredibly clean facility with extra measures not taken in the US. The staff was very friendly and did a great job for both my son and me. (Rosa is extremely talented.) We will definitely return on our next stay in Playa del Carmen.

My wife went here go get her hair dyed for the first time. It was very expensive ($180-ish) for the quality. After getting her hair dyed, my wife told the hairdresser that she DID NOT want her hair cut. She was told that she had to--or the color wouldn't turn out right. The hairdresser emphasized that it was just a quick "trim" and then proceeded cut off about 4 inches and give her a COMPLETELY different hair cut with layers that she didn't have before. This is on top of the fact that the hair color is nowhere even close to what my wife asked for in pictures. Since going to this salon last week, we have had to pay for a "damage control" haircut to fix what was done, and will be paying for another hair coloring next week.
