Really bad communications. I sent a request for quotation and I followed up several times, I even sent my QA Inspector into their facility but I never got my quotation or a notification they were not interested. My QA Inspector was very impressed with their facility and their capabilities, but their communication is really bad. I gave up on them. I figure, since they don't care about me, they don't need my business.
