Great Service from the sales personnel at Travel In Mexico by Rosa Tours. Mr. Raul Bala, took care of my touristic trip and provided us with the service that was promised when we first booked the tickets. He also gave us great prices compared to the competition...We first did an initial deposit and then paid in full onces we were picked up on the trip date. As Mr. Bala mentioned “do not buy from mobile agencies who do not have an actual office and never paid everything until the day of the trip.” Is always good to do some research before booking with other touristic agencies specially if they don’t have an office.

Worst tour experience!! We booked and paid for two overpriced tours for scuba diving and a boat party. Firstly our scuba diving experience to Cozumel we were told and paid for two dives, one being a discovery dive and the other a deep dive off the coast of Cozumel. Upon arriving in Cozumel we were taken to dodgy looking office way far away from the port. We waited nearly 3hrs from the time of arrival off the ferry to the dive. Our dive wasn’t on a boat off the coast but from a small local beach off the port with swiming people above our heads. We then were told we were only getting one dive and not two. After complaining to the manager on the phone they offered us a small refund but only after our next and final boat party experience with the tour manager promising us he would be on our boat. After arriving at the boat ready to sail away the manager never turned up with our promised refund. Never book through this company!!! They completely oversold the experiences and overcharged us. Awful.

This company along with the guys on the corner pestering for trips are a bunch of scammers! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM NOR TRUST ANYONE ON THIS CORNER! We bought a tour and stopped by the next day to Double check that everything and the owner claimed that she didn't know anyone by name and also we noticed one of the guys had a badge with a different name! Anyone looking for tour just do some research before buying from these scammers and trust me they will try to do anything to have you buy from them! The guy from our hotel said to us that theres lots of stands that will not be there the next day so just do some research before buying! They have 2 types of tickets one said SOFA KINGS AND THE OTHER WAS WHITE WITH GREEN LETTERS!

I rented a motorbike from this agency "rosatour la adventura esta aqui". When I wanted to give back the motirbike, the shop was closed. I called them and nobody answer. Fortunately my flight was the next day. The next day I went there again, and still closed !!! I called them and no answer ! I didn't know what to do with the motorbike. I went the the other shop "rosatour" and they told me they could receive the bike. For the 200USD deposit I made, no problem, they are going to refund my credit card. Of course they didn't do it, lie to me, telling they tried to do it "it doesn't work". I had to contact the bank and spend many hours to deal with the bank to have the refund. I asked the company to do a short email to me, telling they accepted the bank to cancel the transaction, and even this, rosatour didn't want to do !! SCAM.

SCAM, RUN AWAY My friend and I rented a motorbike in this shop a few months ago. They didn't give our deposit back, 4000 pesos, pretending they will refund on my credit card. They didn't refund it, and even ask to the bank to don't accept to cancel the 4000p transaction!!!!
